Please read this document carefully before using the App
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, related software, and associated services (together, the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data. Both documents together form the full agreement between you and us.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into agreements under the laws of your country or region. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use of the App and supervise your activity. We may request evidence of such approval where appropriate.
When creating an account, you must provide truthful and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions taken under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or permanently close any account if we determine it has been used in breach of these Terms, in violation of applicable law, or in a way that poses a risk to other users or the App’s integrity.
Each individual may maintain only one account unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice.
The App is designed to support communication, location awareness, and safety features for trusted personal or group contexts. You agree to use it only for lawful and appropriate purposes.

Where we identify suspected violations, we may investigate and, where appropriate, pass relevant information to the competent authorities.
Core features of the App depend on location data. By granting location permissions, you authorise the App to collect, process, and share your location with the contacts you designate. You can adjust or withdraw this permission at any time through your device settings or within the App.
You acknowledge that once you share your location with another user, we are not liable for any consequences arising from that user’s access to or use of that information.
We aim to keep the App reliable and accessible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Performance may be affected by device compatibility, operating system updates, infrastructure issues, or other technical factors.
We may add, modify, restrict, or remove features at any time to improve the App, meet legal obligations, or address misuse. Certain features may require a paid plan.
We are not liable for delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions resulting from third-party services, network providers, or other factors outside our direct control.
We may change or discontinue any part of the App at our discretion, with or without advance notice.
You may be able to submit messages, media, or other content through the App (“Your Content”). You retain ownership of Your Content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store, process, and transmit it for the sole purpose of operating the App.

Content you share through the App may be accessible to other users. We are not responsible for how others use or redistribute content you have chosen to share.
Some features are only available with a paid subscription or in-app purchase. All payments are processed through third-party platforms (such as Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscription management, cancellation, and refund eligibility are governed by the policies of those platforms.
We do not store or have access to your payment card information. You are responsible for managing your subscription directly within your app store account.
Subscription fees and plan details may change from time to time. We will provide notice where required.
Discounts or promotional offers may be made available at our discretion. Terms specific to each promotion will be communicated at the time of the offer.
All content, code, branding, and design elements that make up the App are owned by or licensed to us and are protected under applicable intellectual property law.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. Copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on the App without our written consent is not permitted.
Any suggestions or feedback you share with us about the App may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect the App against unauthorised access and abuse. You agree not to attempt to interfere with, bypass, or undermine those safeguards.
Deliberate attempts to compromise the App’s security may result in immediate account termination and referral to the relevant authorities.
You are responsible for securing your own device and account credentials. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling any available multi-factor authentication.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties that:

We may suspend or close your account at any time if you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or if we are required to do so under applicable law.
You may close your account at any time using the in-app options or by contacting our support team.
Termination of your account does not affect clauses intended to survive, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any revised version will be published within the App with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Where a change significantly affects your rights or obligations, we will provide advance notice via email or an in-app notification before the change comes into effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country or region in which you are based, except where mandatory consumer protection provisions require otherwise. Any matters arising under these Terms will be addressed through the applicable processes in your region.
